Amazing place the web is. I ask that you join in me in donating to Elden Nelson and his wife Susan. I have never met either of them and yet they seem like family friends. For quite some time I have enjoyed reading Elden’s blog, the Fat Cyclist. Many of his stories are funny, hilarious and strike at the core of cycling as a hobby, a life style. But through his blog Fat Cyclist also shares his wife’s struggles with cancer. His fears for her well-being, his frustrations with cancer. Those stories are heart breaking. Fat Cyclist’s friend Kenny has set up a fund – “Win Susan Nelson” – to help the Nelson family with the costs of healthcare and other expenses.
